Disney Strikes Again with a $4B purchase of Star Wars Properties Owner Lucasfilm

Tapping into its magic once again, the House of Mouse just pulled the trigger on a $4B purchase of Lucasfilm as it hopes to ride the Star Wars franchise the same way Marvel Studio characters rang the cash register for the company. George Lucas will be the 10th largest shareholder of Disney and will have creative input on future Star Wars films.
