InTrade.com: Correct on Obama re-election, wacky on odds for extraterrestrial life?

The folks at InTrade.com make a market in a number of interesting economic, political, and entertainment predictions. The website nailed the 2012 Presidential election with Obama firmly in the 60%-70% chance of winning range all fall. But this one seems a bit off:
